Collection: Edouard Wah (Haitian, 1938-2003)
Edouard King Fong Wah was born on February 13, 1938, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and died in 2003. After primary school at Petit Seminaire College St. Martial and high school at Lycee Firmin, he began first in ceramics from 1951 to 1953. He stopped to become a dancer, and later, from 1957 to 1959, he was an engraver with Industries Nationales Réunies. Since 1959 he has devoted himself to painting.
